Denplan Excel Patient Survey Results 2017

At Priory Dental Care our aim is to provide the highest quality of care to each and every patient.  The Denplan Excel Patient Survey enables us to gather feedback about the care and treatment we are providing to our patients, so that we can monitor and develop the service we offer you. The survey is conducted anonymously and results are reviewed independently by Denplan.

Patients were asked questions regarding their oral health and the performance of the practice team, with the option of choosing between ‘Ideal’, ’Acceptable’ or ‘Unacceptable’.  The results of our latest patient survey (conducted in November 2017) showed that the services offered by Priory Dental Care were in line with Denplan’s National Reference Sample.

Patients completing the survey were also asked “What do you like best about your dental practice?”  There were many complimentary comments made.  Here are a few of the words used to describe our practice…..
