Denplan Excel Patient Survey – Results
At Priory Dental Care our aim is to provide the highest quality of care to each and every patient. The Denplan Excel Patient Survey enables us to gather feedback about the care and treatment we are providing to our patients, so that we can monitor and develop the service we offer to you. The survey is conducted anonymously and results are accumulated and reviewed independently by Denplan.
Patients were asked questions regarding their oral health and the performance of the practice team, with the option of choosing between ‘Ideal’, ‘Acceptable’ or ‘Unacceptable’. The results of our latest patient survey (conducted in November 2014) showed that the services offered by Priory Dental Care scored significantly higher than Denplan’s National Reference Sample, with the practice scoring highly in many categories including –
96% of patients rated the competence of the dental team as ideal
100% of patients rated the standard of cleanliness and hygiene as ideal
98% of patients rated the attitude of the dental team as ideal
95% of patients rated the understanding of patient needs as ideal
96% of patients rated their level of trust in the dental team as ideal

If you didn’t take part in the recent survey but you would like to offer your feedback on our services, we have readily available customer comments sheets in the waiting room, along with a secure box to put your comments in. We are happy to consider any suggestions you may have that would improve the service we provide.
